Starting in the shadow of the iconic St.Paul's cathedral, we explore the tiny backstreets and rambling courtyards the ancient City of London is famous for. We follow in the drunken footsteps of literary greats including Dickens, Shakespeare, Pepys & Johnson whilst pausing for a drink in at least 4 of the most historic pubs dating as far back as the 1500's. From discovering art nouveau gems to glamorous Victorian gin palaces we enjoy a variety of pub styles and breweries along the way. It's not a prescriptive tour, so you choose & pay for your drinks along the way. We're here to offer recommendations, and you can often "sip before you sup" with a few tasters on request from the bars along the way. This allows you to indulge as much or as little as you desire! Evening Market Visit Cooking Class

We will meet you close to the market at 4:30 pm. We then head to Marché St Germain and share a Parisian markets overview. We talk about the 5 french cheese families along with getting participants to taste our favorite cheese. We also show people how to choose different types of ingredients, from size to origin to freshness. Back from the market around 5:45 pm, we then cook hands-on appetizer, main and dessert - for about 2&1/2 hours. This is obviously based on traditional French cuisine, with a focus on techniques rather than just recipes, so you can re-apply what you learn back home. We share tips and tricks and quite a bit of the science of cooking to explain the why of certain techniques during that part - we find it to be the best way to help people transpose what they learn. Around 8:00 pm, it is time to have dinner with the chef. We serve white and red wines, share stories using the dishes we have prepared to illustrate various aspects of French culture, and participants also have the opportunity to go back to the kitchen to plate the dishes throughout. It will finish probably around 10:00 pm Please makes sure you are comfortable walking and standing for a few hours to join this experience.

We'll have a day trip through the woods in the mountain South-East of Rome, hunting truffles with the help of trained dogs, we will pass through areas rich in history of outstanding natural beauty. Turkish Food Night and Rooftop Experience

We will meet at 18.30 in Sirkeci and I will show you some hidden spots in old Istanbul and we will have tea/coffee in a very nice rooftop with an amazing Istanbul view!!! After having our drink, we will have our private transfer and we will get away from the touristic spot to a restaurant which is almost 130 years old! You will have a chance to eat Turkish kebabs with vegetarian tapas. This is a restaurant for mainly locals. Dinner will be followed by dessert and we will do the closing with Turkish coffee :) You will have a chance to try more than 10 different Turkish food including soup, starter mezes, kebabs, deserts and soft drinks. Douro Valley w/ two wineries, lunch, and typical boat cruise

In this experience, you will visit the unparalleled DOURO VALLEY, the first-denominated wine region in the world and a world heritage site by UNESCO. The day starts at our meeting point and then we will be heading to the Valley. For the drive we will do a loop around the valley to better see and enjoy all the different landscapes, first driving through the N323 with all the astonishing viewpoints of the valley and where we have the first stop, a small winery from a local producer to try his regular wines (reds and whites from the region) and olive oil. The second stop is at Pinhão for a typical Portuguese lunch at a local tavern with great options for Vegans and Vegetarians. Still in Pinhão, we have a 1-hour mini-cruise in a typical Rabelo boat along the astonishing Douro River with the Valley as a background view (the boat cruise is shared with other groups). The journey will continue through the National Road 222, one of the most iconic roads in Portugal, winner of the "World's Best Driving Road Award", which will take us to the second winery for more tasting, parings and story tales from the wineries owners. After that, we will return to Porto and arrive to Porto at around 6:00 PM.

Tasting five Port wines with pairings

This experience will be carried out in a very intimate environment inside our room tasting located in the Porto city center, right across the street from one of the most emblematic buildings in Porto, "Palácio da Bolsa". We will start by learning about Portuguese wines and wine regions across the country, but mainly about the Port. Note that Portugal is the biggest per capita producer of wine in the World and wines are exactly what we have the most! For the tasting, you will have the chance to learn the history of Port wine and the different, but most important of all, to taste them and learn how to pair them. For those who would like to go deeper into the Port Wine culture, you can have the chance to upgrade your experience and open an Old Port Wine with hot tongs. For this, we need to warm up a special tong to very high temperatures) this is an ancient process we still use to not destroy the cork while opening the bottle and, as such, keep the wine intact, free of cork contamination. (Not included in this experience but you can upgrade the experience)

Sunset Horseback Riding in Cappadocia

We would love to show you the Sunset of Cappadocia on Horseback - in small groups and at one of the most experienced, family-run ranches in this beautiful region. First we will pick you up from a meeting point in Göreme that is walking distance to most hotels, and take you to our horse ranch in Cavusin. Your main guide will be Musa, who as a native Cappadocian knows the trails inside out. Our Sunset Tour will take you through two valleys of Cappadocia. We will start in Cavusin, ride at a slow pace on flat ground, then start going up Rose Valley. On top of Red Valley you will experience a little bit of a thrill on narrow trails that only our horses can take you. It is a relaxed ride over all, but you have to be up for a little adventure as well. On top of Red Valley we will take a break. The horses will rest a bit, you can take in the stunning scenery. Afterwards we will see the sunset on a grass platform, take some photos for you to take home as a memory and ride back down to Cavusin. After you say bye to your horses, we will take you back to the meeting point. Please note two important things: - We have a weight limit of 90 kilos. - Our free transfer only includes Göreme.
