You will ride a camel through a part of the Nubian village and then across the Nubian Desert. We then stop by a nearby 7th Century Monastery, the Monastery of St. Simeon. You can visit the monastery if you like (ticket price not included for this - 40EGP). After the monastery, we continue back across the Nubian Desert, stopping by the Qubbet El-Hawa, which has one of the best spots to see all of Aswan and the various islands. A beautiful spot for photos and sightseeing, day or night. After this, you can visit the nearby Nubian Tombs of the Nobles (ticket price not included - 60 EGP). We then ride back to the ferry where we can take a drink. This tour can be taken at any time of the day. It is beautiful to see the sunset but the buildings close at four.
